FLO’RIDA’S TENTH WEEK ON TOP

Flo’Rida’s club hit ‘Low’ is spending its tenth week on the top of the charts. Personally, I think the song is mediocre. His lyrics are all about ass. And more ass. And a tattoo above an ass. And a girl shaking an ass. But I guess the fact that T-Pain is on the track means something. Chris Brown is holding the #2 spot with his slow joint ‘With You’ and Five-Head [Rihanna] has the #3 spot with her techno crap ‘Don’t Stop the Music’. Someone please answer my question. When is Rihanna going to sit her ass down somewhere? Doesn’t she realize her 4.5 mintues of fame is up? 

JANET AND ERYKAH ALBUM COMPETITION

Okay, okay. So, there is no said competition between the ladies, but both of thier albums dropped yesterday causing quite a big buzz among album stores. Both of the ladies are attempting to make a successful comeback in different ways. Janet Jackson is hoping that her new album ‘Discipline’ will sell better than her previous album ‘20 Y.O.’ which had lackluster album sales. Basically it was a dud. I feel she went  too R&B for someone who is known for taking chances. Miss Erykah Badu is making a comeback from a extensive disapearance from the music scene. Her album ‘New Amerykah Part One (4th World War)’ has been proven to be just as eccentric and original as we’re used to seeing from her. Make sure you support both of the ladies by buying thier albums!

OFFICIAL KILLED THAT INTRODUCTION OF RAPPER DOLLA

If you hit the club on a weekly basis then I’m sure you’ve heard Dolla’s first single ‘Who the Fuck Is That’ featuring T-Pain. Though he may look as if he’s in his teens, homeboy is all grown up at the age of 20. He was first discovered by none other than Akon himself. He signed to Jive Records through Akon’s album. “I’m 20-years-old but I look like I’m 17. So when I go out to the club with Akon and T-Pain, people always ask, ‘Who’s he?’”. Guess that explains the song! Be sure to cop his album ‘A Dolla and a Dream’ when it drops.
