BEHIND THE SCENES: LIL MAMA ON THE SET OF “WHAT IT IS (STRIKE A POSE)” WITH T-PAIN & DIRECTOR R. MALCOM JONES

Lil Mama just shot the video for her fourth single, “What It Is (Strike A Pose)” with T-Pain. And as they say, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Teddy Penderassdown isn’t the only artist Lil Mama stuck with for this single; R. Malcom Jones, who shot her past three videos, also directed “What It Is.” Peep more photos and listen to the song after the cut.
NEW VIDEO: ACE HOOD FEAT. RICK ROSS & T-PAIN- “CASH FLOW”
This dude is about to blow up. This song is gigantic in the south, and starting to make its way up north (I just heard it on Power 105.1 last night). I’m telling you guys, don’t sleep on this one. More on Ace Hood shortly.
DON’T SLEEP ON HER…

Word is both of Jordin Sparks‘ singles “Tattoo” and “No Air” featuring Chris Brown have both been certified platinum, marking digital sales of more than a million downloads each.
I’m really feeling that new joint with Chris Brown, so this is definitely a good look. Congrats to Jordin.

Great video… props to Ne-Yo for being able to reinvent himself with each new album he comes out with. What do you guys think?
‘Love in This Club Part II’ Remix ft. Beyonce & Lil’ Wayne

When I first made my daily raid through some blogs today and caught glimpse of Beyonce and Lil’ Wayne doing a remix to Usher’s already smoking hit ‘Love in This Club’, my stomach churned. I could just imagine the hot, ghetto mess Beyonce and Wayne would try and turn this song into. Not to my surprise, they did. And I hated it. This shouldn’t even be called a damn ‘remix’ of the original song! It’s completely different!
I know everyone’s going to be on my back about this one because Wayne’s on the track, but there’s no excuse. Why take such a good song and dramatically change the feel and concept with the strangest combo of people out there and call it a damn remix? As you can see, I’m pissed. Also, am I the only one tired of this whole ‘Part II’ and ‘Chapter II’ crap? I’m sorry, but R. Kelly kind of finished that concept off.

I know you have something to say, so leave a comment with your opinion on the remix. Like it? Hate it? Let me know!
A Tank of Gas? Or Dolce & Gabanna?

If you’re like us over at Killedthat, finances might be a little tight—we’re in school and can’t work full time. Add to this the tanking value of the dollar (currently hovering around 1dollar to 1.89 euros and 1 dollar to 2 pounds…yes, we do our homework) and the state of the economy, it is seemingly impossible to maintain a comfortable –or, as we prefer, jet-setting—lifestyle when the country is in dire financial straits. How can we shell out over $700 for the newest Lanvin high tops, $1360 for that amazing Marc Jacobs blue with green grosgrain cardigan at Bergdorf’s, or a $1450 3.1 Philip Lim leather jacket when essentials like CORN (I mean really, corn??) have shot up in pricing?
Well, my friends, we at Killedthat know when to SPEND and when to SAVE. I offer you my own shopping secrets so that you can still look good while keeping some $$$ for that retirement fund.
