Young Jeezy is the latest rapper to sponsor a brand of liquor. This time it’s the premium vodka Belvedere. Good to see musicians making money in new ways - albums these days really aren’t selling.

What is this mess? Back-up singers doing Kanye’s ’singing’ work for him? Kanye ditching his own set? I mean I wish I was there to get a second look but this still looks pretty shitty. And don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge 808s and Heartbreak fan.

Kanye rocks what looks like a varsity-meets-bomber jacket from his forthcoming Pastelle clothing brand, set to drop sometime next year. Fly.

If you remember, Kanye was caught wearing a Pastelle jacket this past July in Paris. Here’s a shot of the piece:

The good folks at PastelleClothing.com think this jacket might be an up-and-coming Pastelle piece.

You gotta admit, this bow-tie is fly. I’m adding this to my wishlist.

I’m guessing the piece being advertised here is the rather plain looking collar-less jacket.

SET TO DROP: Early ‘09. PC reports ‘Ye has plans to launch Pastelle in Chicago first, followed by New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

And somehow got Lil Wayne to star on Cassie’s new single “Official Girl” (Which, by the way, she stole from Def Jam’s Karina). We all know why Lil Wayne got involved though… “I’m about to get a lot more female fans from this,” the man-of-the-month admits at the end of the video below:
