Eve resurfaces with brand new single: “Do My Dance” featuring will.i.am

Eve and Swizz Beatz

It turns out Eve’s anticipated new album Here I Am might not be scrapped after all. Thanks to hip-pop super producer Polow Da Don, the project is officially salvaged. Check out this bangin new Eve track featuring will.i.am. I’m excited this CD will finally see the light of day….

I knew this was about to happen…

Jean Paul Gaultier's Special Edition Evian Bottle

I definitely saw this one coming: DESIGNER WATER. It seems a lot of people these days feel the need to flaunt their wealth in any way possible. $255 Goyard Card Cases, $7000 Vertu Flip Phones, $200 Boxers, you name it. I feel you can justify some of these purchases if you prefer quality products, or you just need a telecommunications device that has some gold in it. But designer water??? Come on guys. Fiji’s pretentious enough as it is. Not sure on what a bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier Evian will cost, but one thing’s for sure: you will look like the ultimate tool with one of these.

What do you think Evian will charge for one of these bottles? Post your thoughts in the comments.

Some people even need to look fly when they’re sleeping

Pin Alarm Clock

Kanye’s blog just continues to impress me. This time, it’s a 300 pin art piece that will actually tell you the time. Only problem is I don’t see a snooze button on this thing.

THIS IS FLY: iPod Mixer for the Novice DJ

iPod DJ Mixer

Ever wanted to experience what goes on behind the DJ booth, but didn’t have the desire to learn scratching techniques? Is your interest in DJing not serious enough to justify dropping $800 on Serato and a mixing station? No worries. Meet the self-proclaimed iPod DJ Mixer.

For just $120, you get a complete mixing board with two adjustable connectors for iPods and a “Spin Knob” that simulates the scratching of vinyls on turntables.

I just placed my order and will have to write a follow-up review. Until then, cop your own iPod Mixer at Urban Outfitters.

Does anyone have…

The new G1 Google/Android phone?

HTC G1 T-Mobile Google Android Phone

I gotta admit, the Android interface is pretty sexy. The phone looks a little wack to me, so I think I’ll be waiting on the next Android phone to drop (should be soon). *Preparing myself to ditch the iPhone*

Kanye’s Favorite Song Off Tha Carter III is…

Lil Wayne and Kanye West | Tha Carter III | The Carter 3 | The Carter III | Shoot Me Down | KilledThat.com

“Shoot Me Down” featuring D. Smith. I’m going to agree with ‘Ye on this one. Once you get past the Lollipop/Milli/Got Money single shit, this is the illest track on Tha Carter III. I’d say the runner up is “3 Peat.” That used to be my shit until I played it 30 times in a row two days ago. I’m now on a break from 3-Peat.

P.S. I’m sure you guys heard already, but Weezy pulled through with more than 1 million sales of Tha Carter III in the first week of his sales. Holy shit, I saw this pulling in 400k max. I guess I’m bugging.

P.P.S. Hottest line from “Shoot Me Down” — “I ain’t kinda hot, I’m sauna.” I know that sounds retarded but play it 39 seconds into it and you’ll be impressed by dude’s swag.

‘Love in This Club Part II’ Remix ft. Beyonce & Lil’ Wayne

Usher | Here I Stand | Love In This Club Remix Part 2 Featuring Lil’ Wayne and Beyonce

When I first made my daily raid through some blogs today and caught glimpse of Beyonce and Lil’ Wayne doing a remix to Usher’s already smoking hit ‘Love in This Club’, my stomach churned. I could just imagine the hot, ghetto mess Beyonce and Wayne would try and turn this song into. Not to my surprise, they did. And I hated it. This shouldn’t even be called a damn ‘remix’ of the original song! It’s completely different!

I know everyone’s going to be on my back about this one because Wayne’s on the track, but there’s no excuse. Why take such a good song and dramatically change the feel and concept with the strangest combo of people out there and call it a damn remix? As you can see, I’m pissed. Also, am I the only one tired of this whole ‘Part II’ and ‘Chapter II’ crap? I’m sorry, but R. Kelly kind of finished that concept off.

I know you have something to say, so leave a comment with your opinion on the remix. Like it? Hate it? Let me know!

HOT OR NOT: SHWAYZE - “BUZZIN’”

I’m really feeling this song. It’s obviously one of those laid back summer hits, so inherently the lyrics aren’t uber-deep. What do you think? Could this be this summer’s Gym Class Heroes?

HOT OR NOT: RON BROWZ

Unless you’re from New York City (and even then…you never know), you probably have no idea who the hell Ron Browz is.

Let me enlighten you.

He’s riding the DJ Webstar road to fame. He’s been putting out teen-focused party hits for the past few years, but unfortunately, none have really caught on. He produced Nas’s “Ether,” 50 Cent’s “Whip Yo Head Boy,” and Remy Ma’s comeback single, “Fresh,” as well.

He also collaborated with DJ Webstar on his album, but unfortunately that album sold about 400 copies so you still probably wouldn’t have heard of him.

So let’s give the man a shot…here’s a Killed That exclusive: Ron Browz’ “Million Dollars.” Hot –or– NOT?
