Trend Alert: Shitty rap songs centering around good looking female celebrities. Starring Lil Flip

Looks like Z-list rapper Lil Flip (I’d even say a letter below that, but unfortunately, no letter follows Z in the alphabet) has hopped onto the craze Hurricane Chris started with his hit record “She’s Fine (Halle Berry).” Lil’ Flip’s new record is called…what else…“Kim Kardashian.”

Check out the record below, and then pull up the second video, skip to about 43 seconds, and watch the ridiculousness that ensues. My sources say this is most likely the official “Kim Kardashian” dance. Shame.

Lil Flip allegedly is dropping his new album on June 23. Our verdict: GAME OVER…haaaa

You Heard It Here First: Christian Rich- “Famous Girl” Official Video

Chicago-bred, electro-beat-making, clever-rhyming, falsetto-singing Christian Rich are one of the most exciting and innovative duos in music today. More info at their Myspace & Imeem.

New Music Video: Jazmine Sullivan- “Dream Big”

Love this song as a single choice. The video is a little cheesy and low-budget but interesting nonetheless. Love the depiction of Jazmine sitting at home writing in her journal about pursuing a Hollywood career. Very believable. Go cop Fearless if you haven’t already.

Check out a snippet of Jamie Foxx’s “Blame It”

Jamie Foxx - Blame It On The Goose

Happy Mardi Gras people..check out this exclusive snippet of Jamie Foxx’s new video, “Blame It.” The clip was directed by Hype Williams and features appearances by Jake Gyllenhaal, Forest Whitaker, Ron Howard and Samuel L. Jackson, among others.

Blame it on the A-A-A-A-Alcohol

New Video: Kanye West feat. Kid Cudi- “Welcome To Heartbreak”

The effects are amazing…but according to West himself, some other artist is doing the same thing with a video of theirs…so he isn’t releasing this as an official single.

This is not the next single, “Amazing” is the next single.

This is the video we’ve been working on for the last month.

We know there is another video out there using the same technique so we were forced to drop it now.

Video: Young Jeezy x Belvedere = Circulate

Young Jeezy is the latest rapper to sponsor a brand of liquor. This time it’s the premium vodka Belvedere. Good to see musicians making money in new ways - albums these days really aren’t selling.

Via nahright.

LOL: It’s So Cold In The D

Yo it’s a recession…everyone can use a good laugh. Detroit’s been hit especially hard given its the center of the US auto industry. This is how some people are dealing with the pain…..hahahaha

New Videos: Beyonce- “Halo” and “Diva”

I have to follow suit of 83789278 other urban blogs…but here are Beyonce’s new videos. The first, “Diva” is a lot more interesting than “Halo.” Not sure about BeyoncĂ©’s crazed dance moves, or the weird ass mannequins in the beginning, but the video is still dope.
