It turns out Eve’s anticipated new album Here I Am might not be scrapped after all. Thanks to hip-pop super producer Polow Da Don, the project is officially salvaged. Check out this bangin new Eve track featuring will.i.am. I’m excited this CD will finally see the light of day….

This man has gone insane. Did he really just auto-tune the chorus for his freestyle, “Eat Shit And Die”? Note to self and KT readers: do not throw pennies at ‘Ye while he’s on stage.

I definitely saw this one coming: DESIGNER WATER. It seems a lot of people these days feel the need to flaunt their wealth in any way possible. $255 Goyard Card Cases, $7000 Vertu Flip Phones, $200 Boxers, you name it. I feel you can justify some of these purchases if you prefer quality products, or you just need a telecommunications device that has some gold in it. But designer water??? Come on guys. Fiji’s pretentious enough as it is. Not sure on what a bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier Evian will cost, but one thing’s for sure: you will look like the ultimate tool with one of these.

We need change. OBAMA 08!

I think we all saw this one coming. In the music video for Def Jam artist Young Jeezy’s latest single, “Crazy World,” the rapper exposes all that has gone awry with our world. The video feels like an urban rendition of Cloverfield–hundreds of people are running around in the streets, as gas prices continue rising and lame presidential hopefuls (Sarah Palin and John Mccain) ignorantly hold their thumbs up.

My initial reaction: Interesting video, but I think it’s too delayed to make any impact on the American people. Barack won the election. Gas prices have been declining steadily for the past 60 years. Sarah Palin is out of the spotlight. Had Jeezy dropped this video a few weeks ago (say–before November 4), I think he could have reached a much wider audience. Nice attempt, though.
