NEW VIDEO: LIL’ WAYNE- “LOLLIPOP”
He’s way too hyped up. Granted, this is a great song, but I still don’t feel right classifying Lil’ Wayne as the “best rapper alive.”

CHART UPDATES

Along with Flo’Rida and Janet Jackson at #1, Chris Brown is on top with his single “With You” on the Hot 100 Airplay chart. To brighten Chris’ day just a little more, his idol Michael Jackson grabbed a #1 spot on the Top Pop Catalog with his legendary song ‘Thriller’. I think it’s so awesome how MJ still has influence on the music industry today.

Cute. Not sure if I’m feeling the overalls look, but it’s whatever. I’m just glad this album is finally coming out. It should be interesting to see what Lil Mama has in store for us.

Soul singer Raheem Devaughn releases the video for his second single, “Customer,” off his latest album, Love Behind The Melody. Check out photos from the video shoot and the video footage after the cut.

As the summer season draws nearer, it’s time for us guys to step our game up. Here’s one way to: cop one of Yves Saint Laurent’s t-shirts off the Spring/Summer ‘08 line. Mind you, we caught Kanye West rocking the logo shirt on the right way back in ‘06, but it hasn’t been played out yet. (I’ve yet to run into anyone rocking this in NYC at least) Another option is the fly-as-hell “Cruise Shirt,” pictured left, which resembles the uniform of a ship crew member.
How much will these shirts set you back? The Cruise Shirt (left) currently sells for $330 and the Logo Tee (right) sells for $285 exclusively in YSL boutiques and on YSL.com.
While these shirts may break the bank, keep in mind they’re 10x flyer than Ed Hardy at only double the price–talk about a steal!

2. Broken – 3:24
3. Come Back (Karmatronics Remix) – 6:20
4. Like This (Redline Remix) – 2:48
5. Love Again – 3:50

“You can’t take the hood out [of] the homeboy,” Snoop Dogg raps in “Can’t Say Goodbye,” a collaboration with The Gap Band’s Charlie Wilson. He’s reminiscing about his old days in Long Beach, and discussing the struggles of moving on from the past and taking care of the family. This, in my opinion, is Snoop’s most heartfelt, yet melodic, song off Ego Trippin’. The album hits stores this Tuesday.

I’m really feeling this song. It’s obviously one of those laid back summer hits, so inherently the lyrics aren’t uber-deep. What do you think? Could this be this summer’s Gym Class Heroes?

Ne-Yo has confirmed that he will be joining Jordin Sparks and Alicia Keys on the highly anticipated As I Am tour. No one knows what Ne-Yo has in store for us this time around, but his live performances are always on point. Check out the tour dates and purchase tickets after the cut.
