Akon told NME that he would love to work with Fall Out Boy one day. Perhaps Akon was impressed by Fall Out Boy’s latest collaboration with Kanye West for the single “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race”, which also features contributions from Travis of Gym Class Heroes, Tyga, Paul Wall (w. Skinhead Rob), Lupe Fiasco & Lil’ Wayne.

Well, not so much, but nonetheless a very cool technology: AT&T has launched its Video Share service, which allows users with compatible phones place one-way video calls to their friends. The recipients of the video broadcast cannot respond; it is a one-way feed. Sounds useful, huh? Not quite… both users must have the Video Share service, as well as a 3G-compatible device. On top of that, the sender pays 35 cents a minute for video calls. AT&T is still developing the service, so I’d advise all you out there to wait this release out. *waiting for Video iChat on the iPhone*

Today, Usher and Tameka Foster called their wedding quits — the same day they were to tie the knot. It is unclear who cancelled the wedding, and whether or not the couple still remains an item.

R&B crooner Robin Thicke was flown earlier this morning to L.A. Reid’s mansion in the Hamptons to perform at the controversial couple’s wedding.

“It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond, IV and Tameka Foster was canceled,” said publicist Patti Webster in a press statement. “No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected.”

Hey, atleast Thicke will still be getting that check. And maybe Usher will re-hire his mother, Jonnetta Patton, after firing her upon Tameka’s demands two months ago.

According to a source, the Oscar-winner left with the aspiring actress/model and they spent the night together at the private mansion residence where the party was held. Other “notables” at the party says the source included Wesley Snipes and Judge Mathis.

Lindsay Lohan took three men hostage during the car ride leading up to her arrest early Tuesday morning, according to TMZ. Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake were all witnesses to Lindsay’s speeding around the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. At one point during the wild joy ride, Lindsay boasted, “I can’t get in trouble. I’m a celebrity.
